All requests will be responded to within twenty-four hours, requests received on the weekend will receive a response the next business day.

When requested, Environmental Health and Safety will hold your identity confidential.

All workers have the right to raise a safety or health concern without being retaliated against.

Examples of environmental health and safety concerns include:

• Mildew or mold concerns;
• Indoor air quality complaints;
• Chemical storage, handling, or
  emergency procedures;
• Policy or regulatory
  clarifications; and
• Job safety analysis/risk
