Where can I report COVID-19 policy or Health Pact violations?
UCAIR is the main reporting method if you believe that a required COVID-19 safety policy or practice is not being followed. Reports can be submitted anonymously. Please provide as much detail as possible. Reports will be reviewed for follow-up (typically within 24 hours) by the appropriate campus administrator.
What type of COVID-19 public health concerns can I report through UCAIR?
Report concerns such as: PPE Usage, social distancing and disinfection, individuals at work who should not be, or any other COVID-19 related public health concern.
Where should I report COVID-19 exposures or confirmed cases?
UCAIR should not be used to report COVID-19 exposures or confirmed cases (please submit these to C19healthreport@uchicago.edu).
